Friday 21 to Monday 24 March 2008	Residential Health Weekend at Hebron Hall, Dinas Powys. Main speaker will be BUC Health Ministries director, Sharon Platt-McDonald. Irving and Lil Saunders, Health Ministries sponsors for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Wales, will do the catering, and there will be a cookery demonstration during the weekend. Cost, including food and accommodation, just £75.00 for adults. Children under 10, just £45. Day visitors can come on Sabbath or Sunday for just £10 per day, and this includes meals! Sabbath 12 and Sunday 13 April 2008	Adventist Muslim Relations Weekend Workshop. Pastor Petras Bahadur is the director of the Adventist Muslim Relations department of the South England Conference. He will be discussing this topic on Sabbath 12 and Sunday 13 April at the Cardiff Seventh-day Adventist Church. Admission is free to all - there will be a fellowship lunch on the Sabbath and a light lunch will be provided on the Sunday. Themes: Sabbath morning: God's Plan of Cooperation, What does the Bible Say About Islam." Sabbath afternoon: "What is Islam" and "How to Work With Your Muslim Neighbour." Sunday morning: "How to Create Friendships With Muslims" and "Using the Koran to Share Our Values. Sunday afternoon: "Jesus in the Koran". Sabbath 19 July 2008	Welsh Mission Bible Conference, with BUC President Pastor Don McFarlane, and guest lecturer Dr Milan Ivanov, both speaking on the theme of "The Assurance of Salvation". Three presentations: one during the usual Sabbath School slot, one in the Divine Service slot, and one after a fellowship lunch. Following this there will be a question and answer time.
Sunday 27 July to Friday 8 August 2008	Romania 2008 Mission Trip. Join 25 other volunteers in Romania this summer in order to bring a home, a family and a future to orphaned and abandoned children. As a team, your attendance will not only open your eyes to the world in which we live in, it will challenge you to think differently (outside the box), and it will change you and most definitely bring joy to the children in our care at our Romania Children’s Village. Join us in providing a future for today’s orphans. Project run in collaboration and partnership with International Children's Care UK.
