You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a donation on this page, PayPal will accept all of the credit and debit cards listed above. If you already have a PayPal account you will simply need to enter your email address and password in order to complete the transaction. In every case PayPal's secure server system will verify your details before completing the money transfer. Note that in the case of recurring donations, if you do not already have an account PayPal will ask you for a password so that you can change or discontinue your payments at any time. Gift Aid. Gift Aid allows us to reclaim the tax you have paid on your donation to the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Wales. This increases the value of your donation by almost a third at no extra cost. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the Seventh-day Adventist Church will reclaim on your donations in the tax year. Completing a Gift Aid declaration does not affect your tax status or commit you to supporting the work of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Wales for a specified length of time. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further relief in your Self-Assessment tax return. If you are not a UK taxpayer, your donations cannot be treated as Gift Aid donations.
